German & English developer req for Dolphin site dev.

I have a German speaking client who needs a community site.

I have chosen Dolphin, have installed the site on an arvixe.com server, installed a new template and am working on basic internal customisations - but I need to have someone to work with longer term, who can speak with the client and me to work on long term development, maintenance and support.

Initially try a 2-3 month project based fee, then if we still want to work with each other, would agree a fixed fee for long term support.

Please send links to example installations that you have set-up / support and references from end-users who have paid for your services.
