Fix Processing video problem

Hi,

I have problems uploading a video to my website. 
Well the video upload correctly but then it keeps on processing for 24+ hours until it fails.

I've read it must be the cronjobs but I really have no clue.

When I upload a smaller file it uploads correctly and processes correctly.

But now when I try to upload a 100mb+ file it does upload but keeps processing until it fail.

Could anybody help me with this?
How much will it cost?
