Dolphin repair

I currently have a site up but there are problems with the profiles. The problem started after I had someone install a video player on the home page and an intro page. Now I'm not able to upload pictures onto profiles and there are some other problems which occurred after the install. Need someone who is very familiar with Dolphin software and programming so that I can have a fully functionable site with the video player installed.
