Display external database info into Profile & Pet Mod

Early stages, so please bare with me as we do not have all the expectation defined. Seeking developer capable of

1) adding several user defined custom fields to display in a new block within the PETS Mod - Profile

1-a) This will be "Bloodlines" - pedigree - parents, grandparent, grand-grandparent relationships similar to a family tree.

2) Allow our users to flag a field on the PET's Profile Creation Page or Edit Pets page allowing them to import data from a third-party. We have approval to make the requests and receive the set data in XML format. To be displayed in a new block. Desire certain portions of the data to hyperlink back to the third-party database to access further information beyond what we display.

3) Same as 2 except allow members to pull a separate set of data into their member profile to be displayed in a new block.
