Custom user portfolio page in user account

We are looking to create a subscription based site for a community of artists and designers.  One feature we need is an upgradable option for a custom portfolio page attached to a users profile.  This is a custom user account where users can create a professional portfolio page using a set template.

This page would be in addition to the normal user profile, where the user could use a template to create their portfolio and upload images.  The final displayed custom portfolio page would have an image gallery with tabs for different categories such as background designs, characters, photographs, etc.  The page would be free of the usual navigation and serve as a stand alone page for the user.

The user could change the text and color of the background and art categories, as well as add contact information.  We would like to offer three portfolio templates for now for our users.  We can provide a detailed layout to design the template.  We do not have a working dolphin site yet as we are checking to see if this custom feature would be possible on this platform. We would need this to be implemented by November.
