Custom Profile/Search Fields

I'm looking for someone to build custom profile fields for me that includes more than 2 in the sex fields (couples, groups) and the ability to match them in search. I have several categories with multiple selections that I would like 'searchable'.  There is also a quick fix for having null values-- so it doesnt search for 'not specified' as an actual value, which I would like applied.
