Custom Mod needed ebay like feedback

I need a mod that is like the feedback on ebay.  I want it where 2 people agree to go out on a date and from them "agreeing" they are the only ones that can leave feedback about the other person on their profile.  Its like where a person can email a person a confirmation on a date, the person checks or clicks to confirm, they have a confirmation that links their profile and they are the only ones allowed to leave feedback for eachother with a positive, neutral, and negative tracking.  Anyone?
