Custom 6.1.6 CSS and bug issues

Hi,

I have a 6.1.6 site with about 700 users on it.  I'd like to 'upgrade' their experience by making some changes to the layout and structure of the Search results pages; adding in a custom page that gives new users an idea of what a typical profile looks like or the video chat feature; spruce up the users profile home page.

I also have been experiencing some bugs the past two days, like the current one which is photos are just white boxes not displaying in Admin for approval.

The site is directed at a gay audience, but there is nothing overt on the site.  It is 'PG' rated --  photos and profiles and Forum topics are all appropriate for all.  But please just be aware of it before responding.

I am in the United States.  I pay quickly and would love to get a continued work relationship established with someone for future work.
