Created a landing page for guitarelements.com

I need to created a landing page for http://guitarelements.com

on this page I like to have the following info

1. my logo
2. default "login block & live join block"
3. place to put my promo images size 300 x 300 pixels
4. Navigation menus -  some links will require login as for members only - other links for guess, so they can be able to view

when click on "Live join" or "login" links

redirect to members "dashboard page" if login or redirect to "join page" if not already member.

that is it for now

how much and how long will this take?
