Avatar Module Installation

Hi,

Website www.lccischool.org/event is showing error while installing Avatar Module. I only installed Forum and Poll Modules.

I create lots of custom fields and inactive lots of blocks.

Website is online so don't want to experiment there, i installed D7.0.5 at www.lccischool.org/india, installed Forum, Poll and Avatar module and replace database from */event via cPanel's Edit PHP import export, after that Avatar module is not showing and showing same error when tried re install, even i cant reinstall D7 at */india folder.

What i need?

1) Members can upload only one photo at registration or after registration, or can replace any time.

2A) Install Avatar on live site lccischool.org/event

or

2B)A new install is going on now at lccischool.org/2011, move full old site from  */event to */2011 with all settings and functions.
