Auto City detector in Join form based on IP

I'm looking for Auto City, State and Country detector of the user based on the IP address in the join form. While the users will fill the form, based on the IP, the system will automatically detect their location (upto City) and fill the City box right away. Please let me know if anybody is interested to do it. Thanks.
