I have a couple of mods and had quite a bit of work done. Global Web is quick to respond to requests, does excellent work and are easy to work with. I will be moving 2 Dolphin sites to their servers end of this month.
Hello mrxam, Can you please submit your server and dolphin admin info on our site in a secure ticket? If you have a redeirect only for the main index.php all other pages should work. You can always set the tags in the redirected page directly then use the mod for all other pages on the site.

I've bought this module a few days ago... After downloading - there is no program files, there is only one txt file... I tried to contact vendor - no answer. I paid 44$ for nothing...
The mod is too large for the boonex market. The directions tell you to register on our site with a link. Once registered you can download the module, get support, reissue your licenses any time as well as receive any updates. We had sent you your module already. Please contact us directly if you are having any issues?
Your license was sent. There is a place in the admin were you can change the add contents. You should always send an email or ask before posting things like this. It says on the module page on boonex that you can change the add to your own. It is just a demo add. It only takes a second to change by the admin.
Seems to be a great module, I installed it and it was easy to do. Yet to get the license key but I hope I will get it soon. The only thing I am not so happy about is the google adsense ads on the sms page, its not my adsense ads and yet to find any place to remove it or edit it with my pub id. well i first seen this in here though was a joke and after speaking with them and finding out how great service is and leaving my ex company to come over to Globaweb was best move ever website up and problems down just perfect no complaints wish found these guys longtime ago recommend anytime .

It would have been better if login is integrated where single login should have been used, products are searchable from Dolphin search engine, and URLs are SEF.
I need help with the client ID, i can't seem to post in the forum which its weird, but i can't. So i am posting here, in Soundclound i click on my profile which is usually where you can obtain the client id in the url. My client id is just a name, does not consist of digits. Am i in the proper place? I have members that also need to know.
This is a great program. The support from Wayne has been fast and efficient. I highly recommend any of his services as you know you'll get timely and honest support.

I have issued you a full refund from paypal. I did not nor would i ever sabotage your server. I have been trying to help you. I have serviced thousands of customers and would never do this to anyone. I have no reason to do this to you.
The server has a simple misconfiguration that can be fixed easily if you would send your login info i can fix it for you. It is a simple permissions error on a file. Please give me a chance to look at and fix this for you.
I had replied to your email several times letting you know that the email module doesn't work on your site and asked if you wanted to choose any one of our other modules and i would install it. I never heard back from you.

I am sorry the old mod was not compatible with your hosting. We had refunded your money a long time ago. We also updated the mod to a new version that is compatible with all hosting servers.
This tool is so valuable I can't believe it, multiple domains and it flat out is a complete machine of analysis. The submissions and tracking ability of this is astonishing...It is worth twice the price and very very easy install. I can't wait to watch what will happen based on what I have been able to figure out in about 30 minutes and fix in 5...Thanks you so much for this...

I just lost my site on with we have been working and building for more than 2 years, thanks to his unprofessional attitude!
(Any body who would like to know more details is more than welcome I have kept all chat conversations as prove)
Here is what happened:
1) I needed to find a better hosting solution because my site was slowing down, found see more Global web concepts and asked if He would be able to host my site and speed up loading time8 (gave him access to my cpanel to check all he needed to know.
No problem off course!
2) He suggested cloud-hosting dolphin 5… I than asked him as we would be migrating the site anyway if he was 100% confortable whit dolphin and is he could upgrade my site to the newest version 7.1
No problem off course!
3) Once I paid him for transfer, updating my site, SSL ticket and private domain…
This was the result: Upgrade never happened! SSL caused problems and he never sorted it out! My site was down more than 5 times during a period of 2 month I used him as host
The amount of support tickets I send is incredible but at the end I got an email from one of his staff I shut be looking to upgrade or look for a differed VPS hosting package
4) This really alarmed me! So I wanted to take a full backup of my site just in case! To my great surprise Mr Wayne had removed the Backup tool off my cpanel!
I asked for several times for a backup (never got this from them!!!)
5) Moved my site to a new host and when trying to migrate guess what it is one big mess and 2 years off money and work down the drain.

I am seeing it here: http://eugoodnews.com/ I went out of my way to help you fix your site when you first moved it to our system. Your site was loading slow because it had people leeching from your database. It looked like it was hacked. After i secured your site and had it loading fast all was good. We have the cPanel backups turned off because it causes a huge load on the server and brings everyones sites down. We have see more a master backup system that takes a backup of everyones sites then stores them on a different server. Backups can also be taken by using the cPanel zip/compress function and exporting the database via phpmyadmin.
After a few months i noticed your site was under constant heavy load and i advised you that you had many members and you may want to think about moving it or upgrading to a dedicated or VPS server as it was too big for shared hosting. You responded by saying you were going to take my advice and move to a dedicated or VPS server. After some time had passed i noticed that your hosting payment was way overdue and i tried to contact you to ask if your site had been moved yet. Even though it was way overdue i still did not suspend the account.
After further investigation i found that your site was already moved and up and running. Apparently your new host had already moved it. I contacted you too ask if you were done with the transfer. I received no response for many days. After verifying that your site was up and running and had indeed been moved we closed your hosting account. I tried to contact you one last time before this asking if you could pay the final overdue invoice but you never replied. Your claiming that your site was lost and 2 years work was down the drain but i see your site working fine here: http://eugoodnews.com/ It looks like you are just trying to ruin my reputation for some reason.
I understand that sometimes you just can't please everybody all of the time no matter what you do, but we host 100's of dolphin sites for boonex members and this is the first negative experience we have received so far. I am sorry we were not able to please you and apologize for any inconvenience but this is no reason to try and ruin my reputation with lies.
I hate to go on about this but i feel i must defend myself. I cannot have negative content posted about my company without some defense. When you requested a backup i replied the next day. I made a full backup for you in the home directory. I also sent you an email advising you of this. You should be mad at your new host not me! They had over a full week to do the transfer. I transfer sites everyday without backup. All you had to do was compress the public_html directory and export the databse via see more php my admin. How can you run a site for 5 years and not know this? That was how i did it when i transferred your site in the first place as there was no backup then also. You knew full well that the account was already past due and that i had re-enabled it as a professional courtesy. You make it sound like i went out of my way to screw you over and that is not the case at all. I wish you the best and apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
To all boonex members, i apologize for having to post this in such a public manner but feel i must defend my self..... I love dolphin and everything it stands for and hope to continue providing my services and mods in the future.
