upgrade/upload issues

inc folder doesn't upload, I tried a couple of times and still have issues with utils.inc.php, profiles.inc.php, params.inc and security.inc

During the initial install you were instructed to set the inc folder to non-writable. If you also set it so the owner cannot write, then the ftp client cannot access it.

Check the permissions of the inc folder.

Thanks, that was the issue. It overwrote all the other files with 555 permission though
