host tools help required

In my host tools page in admin I get below warnings and errors. Please help me to fix them.

php module: zip = - WARNING (should be module zip)

query_cache_size = 0 - FAIL (must be >= 16777216)

thread_cache_size = 0 - FAIL (must be > 0)

I am on cloud hosting  on Cent OS.

1. You need the zip module installed for PHP
2. query_cache_size should be at least 32M
3. thread_cache_size should be at least 128

The last two items can be fixed by editing /etc/my.cnf and restarting MySQL.  For the zip module, verify it's installed by viewing the phpinfo page under host tools.
