Timeline & spy installation error

Please help me.

I see this error when i try to install spy

Installation of: Spy Failed

-- Introduction from vendor: An error occurred. Contact with module's vendor.

And when i try to install timeline i see this error .

Database query error

Query:
INSERT INTO `sys_localization_keys`(`IDCategory`, `Key`) VALUES('43', '_sys_module_wall')

Mysql error:
Duplicate entry '_sys_module_wall' for key 'Key'

Hello

Go to admin panel -> settings -> languages settings, search for '_sys_module_wall' language key and remove it. Then you may try to install the module again.

I remove this key but still i have the same error.

Any new idea ?

Hello

May be the errors are similar but not the same. Are you sure that new one tells about '_sys_module_wall' language key too?
- If not, then you need to do the same with all reported keys.
- If yes, then you may contact me via PM and I'll try to help you. I would need to check your site.
