Simple Messenger Broken During Subdomain Migration

Hello to anyone who may be able to help,

I was able to use the simple messenger module perfectly fine on my first subdomain. Since I moved the site to another subdomain, it's stopped working. I migrated it by making an export of the database and compressing it directly on Linux for permission integrity then following the reverse process when it had been moved to the new subdomain.

To give a better description of the problem, when I try to send a message, I get the 404 error on the attached screenshot then when I attempt to type anything else in the message box on the profile it alerts "undefined" on the screen.

Unfortunately, I cannot allow someone to try it themself due to an NDA, however, any suggestions or help would be greatly appeciated.

Thanks in advance.
