Navigation Menu - Edit

I was looking at BoonEx forum but I can not find anything about it. Is it possible to create a second navigation menu? I have a lot of modules that do not fit into one bar. I do not mean any modules because I know that these are, and even the one I have but unfortunately it does not behave very well with Dolphin 7.1.1

The default top menu uses tables to construct the layout of the menu.  It should be possible to break the top menu into two tables but you would have to work on a solution to do this as it is not coded into Dolphin.

 So, contrary to appearances, this is not as simple as yet no one has developed? :)
As for the modules to thank you for the desire. Posted by bullblast looks great but my website is not going in that direction.

You want it manageable from admin panel? or putting static html menu is enough?

I thinks static html will be good. The order of navigation menu in the admin panel I could set as a standard (like now).
