Members cant send e-mails

my members cant send messages to each other, they just get the message 

"SORRY, IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TO SUBMIT SPAM. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT THIS IS A MISTAKE, PLEASE SUBMIT A FALSE POSITIVE REPORT HERE"

How do I fix this please

Try adjusting your SPAM settings in:

administration/antispam.php

thank but what am I looking for in there ?

seems the anti spam was a little strict the option to block all spam content was ticked and everyone was blocked.

I think its sorted it now
