What might cause this this is coming up when I try to edit a property...

does the /inc/classes/BxDolEditor.php file exist, and if so are the permissions set correctly?

Host gator has upgraded all deteticaed servers is it possible in the transition Permissions could be changed? 

anything is possible - check this by going to your admin panel - Tools - Host Tools - this should show any wrongly permissioned files
