Email Confirmation/Account not activated

Hello!

 

When a user registered a new account, an email is sent with a link to activate his account. So he clicks on the link and the account is marked as seen and prooved. But the account is still not active and must be manually activate from an administrator.

 

Auto-activate profiles after joining is unchecked

 

Auto-confirm profile without confirmation email is unchecked

 

So what cuases this issues?
