Deal Finder

Deal Finder is a unique feature that will greatly enhance the interactivity of members on your site. It allows your site members to list fantastic deals that they found in local stores or on Websites.

This mod also has optional integration with the Business Listing module so members can link deals to Businesses.

DEAL OF THE DAY

Administrator can Tag a Deal as the "Deal for the day" and this will be prominently displayed on the main page similar to Featured items

STORES

Section that allows Browse of Stores with Deals. Stores can also be featured.

ACCOUNT PAGE

Deals in My Area - Displays the Deals available in the same City that the member is located.
My Deals - Displays the Deals posted by the member.

DEALS VIEW PAGE

Deal Description Block - Shows general details about the deal
More Local Deals Block - This lists other Deals located in the same City as the Deal being viewed.
Other Deals by member Block - This lists other Deals posted by the creator of the Deal being viewed.
Deal Contact Block - Displays information such as Name, Email, Website etc for the Seller.
Deal Location Block - Displays information such as Country, State, Address etc for the Deal.

Featured Deals block
Recent Deal block
Common Categories block
Local States Block - Auto detects the viewer's location (based on Profile City) and loads the states in that Country


DEALS LOCALIZATION

You can drill down Deals based on location. An additional section is included which lists all Countries in the world. Upon selection of a Country, all regions in that Country are displayed. Upon selection of a Region, the deals available at that location are displayed.

The mod includes a listing of States/Regions for all Countries. When adding an Deal, the State field is automatically populated upon selection of a Country.


INTEGRATED FORUM

Forum is tightly integrated to facilitate discussion on a Deal

MEMBERSHIP FILTER

Adds the ability to limit viewing of an individual Deal to a particular Membership Level

MEDIA FUNCTIONALITY (with embedding option)

Ability to upload a Photo,Video,File and Sound Gallery.
Ability to allow members to Embed Videos from Video Sharing sites such as Youtube.
Ability for Admin to restrict upload of Videos, Photos, Sounds and Files to particular membership levels.

ADVANCED SEARCH

Search section that allows searching by Keyword, Category, Sub-Category, Country, State, City.

SUB-CATEGORIES

You can drill down by both Categories and Sub-Categories.

FEEDBACK, PROMOTION AND SHARING

Members can Rate Deals Listings.
Members can Comment on Deals Listings.
Members can Request more Information about a Deal.
Members can Share Deals with other site members or external friends.
