The Internet is a huge resource of knowledge and information where you can find virtually anything. But, very often there are situations where people aren’t able to find the answers to their questions. A question may require local knowledge or particular expertise. You can make your site a useful resource to be used to engage people's thoughts and opinions about particular topics. Allow your members to ask questions and get answers from real people online. You will see a massive increase in member interactivity as questions are asked and answered everyday.

All the questions are categorized in such a way that you can easily search for a related question in a category or place you question in a relevant category. Answers are rated by visitors and the best rated answer will be displayed as the best answer for a question.


MEMBER FEATURES

Ability for Members to ask Questions and others to Post Answers.
Administrator can give members the ability to edit their Answers.
Members can upload media (Video, Photos, Files etc) as support material for the Question being asked.
There is also the ability to Embed Youtube and other external videos.

QUESTION PHASES

Questions go through different Phases.

Open Phase - Initially a question is in Open Phase. Members can post their Answers. During this period, the Question Poster has the option to select a Best Answer. If the Poster selects an Answer, the Question is closed. If no best answer is selected, the Question goes into a Voting Phase.

Voting Phase - During the Voting Phase, no further Answers are allowed. Members of the community can vote for a Best Answer. In addition to the Answers posted, their will be a "No Best Answer" option. Member can vote for the "No Best Answer" option if they think none of the answers are suitable.

Closed Phase - After the Voting Phase has expired, if the Question Poster has still not selected a best Answer, the system will determine the Best Answer based on the Votes and Close the Question.

Viewers can invite their Friends to check out a Question.
