I don't have that file but it does seem familiar to me for some reason. I have also changed web hosts a couple of times since then and reinstalled Dolphin from scratch along with re-installing the subscription module. I was able to do it myself this time. I wasn't crazy about Martinboi having to correct it every time. He claimed to have made changes and then wouldn't tell me what those changes were.
I googled the file and it appears that it's a ligitimate file but whether see more he left it behind or not is another story. Like I said, I don't have it now but can't say for sure if I can it previously.
If you're having problems, check with your web host, too. I discovered that if they're not a Dolphin host there will be additional problem.
