I have bought the Membership Management Pro module which seems to cater to things missing within the based Dolphin package such as Multiple Level of Membership, support for multiple payment gateways, and a whole lot more. However, I am having some difficulties and it seems the support link: https://dolphinsupport.zendesk.com/forums/20696107-dolphin-subscriptions-management is not working or even the help desk at http://dolphinsupport.zendesk.com/ is not working either.
I bought it only a few days ago but so far I am having no luck in getting it to do basic things such as supporting multiple subscriptions levels. Is there anyone else using it on 7.1.4 and having success. Thanks Clement
I'm having the same issues on 7.1.1. It used to work fine, now I am getting an error in my admin panel that says it is not setup. My site is non-functioning because of it.
Not very happy with Mod. After installation, unable to access Membership Management Pro settings. Receive the error message, "license not setup for (my domain)". Tried installing and reinstalling and does not seem to fix the problem. Cannot use the checkout process unless I can get into the settings, which I can't seem to do.
Martinboi refuses to answer emails and is selling a module that is locked. If you buy this module, you will receive a product that you can not use due to being locked. Your course of action will be to refute payment as he will not answer emails.
This company [ Martinboi ] used to be called [ Harvest Media ] and has been offering [ LIVE JOIN ] Mod which is used to connect Dolphin users to Twitter, FB, gmail etc.. Doesn't seem to support its products anymore & wondering why they are still considered among other Vendors at Boonex if they don't commit to keeping their products current with Dolphin Software ?
I purchased 3 licenses from them about a year ago, and to my surprise, I see on their Boonex page at: http://www.boonex.com/m/RPX_Integration_Login_for_D7 see more that they do not support this Mod with 7.1 ??
I even created a case thru their site (case#202) but they ignored my request..

30 days - $9.99
90 days - $19.99
180 days - $29.99
and so forth with a "discounted" model for longer period.
We don't seem to be able to find how to add pricing models for one membership type.
The question is if we have multiple membership types with the above mentioned pricing models, will they overlap? see more We need them to follow the boonex default model so that they users don't get charged multiple times.

Great potential but can only give 1 star due to the shocking support service Martinboi operates. It's now been over 30 days since raising a support ticket via his Zendesk system and not a hint of a reply or service, despite us outlining we are losing money because of an issue with his module. Speaking with other Dolphin users, this appears to be a common issue with Martinboi and therefore I would recommend thinking twice about buying his modules as you probably won't get any support in any satisfactory see more time period if you do.
Used MARTINBOI for at custom job, and agreed on a fixed price. Job was delivered as agreed, and on time. No issues when the last bits had to be customized!. Will use MARTINBOI again when needed!

I am still trying to get a response from Troy in regard to error (97) unable to communicate. I have left 4 message in 4 days at zendesk with no response yet. Please help, as I believe that this has the potential to be a great module for us, but so far I am unable to get it to function.
I bought it recently for my subscription based adventure group. Had a few (personal) blunders in billing and the app didn't show up on my purchases. I also had a half install which broke stuff. I put in two separate (well after hours) zendesk tickets and the next morning I'd go in to work, check email and Martin would have the issue resolved. Testing the feature set out, this is how Dolphin should be. It's perfect for recurring billing, setting up permissions and everything else to a more refined see more control. I rarely give 5 stars but this one won the show for me.
Troy was professional, informative and incredibly fast at installing my module. The module purchased was exactly what I was looking for and above all it was very easy to use. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company as a must have Boonex product/service partner!

So when a person joins our system they select the type of profile that matches what they are doing. We are facing the following issues:
1. Regardless of which profile the person selects they see all the membership levels which includes the membership levels for the different profiles. see more What we are looking for is the following example:
If you select Profile Type "A" the you would see the following membership levels:
- Profile Type "A" Gold
- Profile Type "A" Standard
If you select Profile Type "B" the you would see the following membership levels:

The Janrain Live Join module makes join and login much easier for many members. It took several steps to setup my *free* basic Janrain account with the six links I choose to use... but it was well worth the extra time and effort.
All I have to say is AWESOMEEEE very fast and great product. Will make charging members easier

This is the most thought out Module I have ever purchased it Even puts an icon in the members menu. Very good indeed. It completely integrates with my existing site automatically without any problems. It is so important for the users that the modules is in the menu in places obvious or it might as well not be there. I bought your Subscription Manager Mod today for my site and when I installed it and went to set it up it told me licence not valid. I need your help on this. my site is keepitkaraoke.net. I have to put my site back in mantance mode because Im not ready to take it live for members yet. And I dont know if I need to uninstall your mod and re-enable the default member mod first so I dont mess my site up. I sure hope your around for help today as I have alot on my plate and cant site here waiting all see more day
I just purchased this mod, and after setting it up I have 2 questions...
1. Can I set up memberships for 3-month and 6-month at a discounted cost, and then once that period ends go to the regular monthly cost? I dont see an option for it, but would love to provide that to my members. This encourages them to buy a longer membership upfront because they'll save money. And if you don't have that option available already, is it something you could add to the module?
2. I see in the PDF that there see more are sections for "Menu Control", "URL Control", and "Page Blocks" (pages 10-13) but none of those features are available with my mod, unless they are somewhere that I cannot find them?
Is there a mod though that can force, or remind, users to completely fill out all their profile? As the JanRain Integration Facebook/Twitter/Etc mod easily allows users to join, login, but then users then do not fill out all of their profile questions.

It is telling me that it is not licensed for my site when I click on the settings menu.
How do I license it?
