Full en Language file only (Dolphin 7 RC2)

hi,

is there a full english language file only (modules included)?

langs are held in the DB and you can get them out by importing them out of the database after you have installed all module

sys_localization_strings table there are about 4800 of them just as stock.

after installation fresh, there is no language file in admin - settings - languages?
After installation was completed i got the warning no localizatios file... So I uploaded from the install file these to the language map. But In admin I cant see this file.

Some give me a hint how to handle this one..

Update: the sys_localization_strings table is empty in my database

Oke my only solution was to re-install 100%. 
I think somewhere was going wrong by the first install.
Now its working all, and no problems at the moment. :)
