Hello Boonex, thanks for your great script. But pls tell me why you offer the new release so early, without elimnating all bugs in trac? I saw, that you just moved a lot of tasks to the version 6.2. But you announced all of this features for 6.1 in the past. Then you said you got some problems with expertzzzz. For this you had to move the date a few weeks later. But i or maybe some others also expected some features from 6.1 which you announced. Now it seems like we have to wait for 6.2, cause see more

Dolphin has many files with 666 permissions and folders with 777. You should check how your program will react to these issues.

Under the thumbnail of the online users, visitors can see just a single link "Send eCard"... IMHO this will be better to show all the links (IM now, Greeting, Contact...) even if hiting these links will redirect to the "Your current membership (Non-member) doesn't allow you to...".
At least this will show to the visitor the advantage he has to subscribe...
I tried the eCards mod some months ago... The mod itself is very nice. Only the ecard itself is quite horrible :-)) I forgot this mod quickly.
I don't know if you worked on this ecard since I tried... IMHO this mod will be a must if the card is displaying inside a Dolphin page and not just in some ugly HTML page. In this case this mode will increase the traffic on the site.

Could you please make Dolphin to come with all profile options already made ???
I mean hair and eye color, height, religion, spoken language, etc... searchable, matchable... and displaying in the profile page blocks.
The users who don't want to use these fields will delete them easily.
Or maybe I'm the only one to have difficulty to create so many fields and options see more
It was one of the main condition of Dolphin 6.0 - community oriented software. So we didn't plan to paste fields like Hair color to 6.1 too.

But I have some question :
1- what about email notification for all comments system and add as friends and new post and topice in forum and blog ?
2- what about FRIEND UPDATES box as like Hi5 site in account page for my members see activity the friends ?

Now I used a old license key and the widget gives an error "the widget is not registered" but in the admin panel it is registered. is there a way to register it with a new license key?
Try to apply new AdFree key again - we've corrected this. If it will not have success then provide me via this system's email URL and admin password of your site with old license, we'll check it there.

The solution apparently is to rewrite all the php instructions within .htaccess as a php.ini file. Failure to do this will cause a internal server 500 error.

Still no ip lookup, you need to have admin view ip so its easier to detect people/bots registering multi accounts suspended username is not going to keep bad members from rejoining in another name, ip lookup is the one tool needed to help combat bad members

Ufortantly I have found what apears to be a bug for couplesprofile photos.
It seems that when you upload photos for a couples profile that only the first photo uploaded is viewable.
You can click on the other thumbs and the title for the photo will change but not the photo.

i am try to change the Minimum between 1 to 99 age,but it didn't work!
Ok.. for the 3rd time... how do I properly create profile fields with text dropdown selection. so they dont have "_" infront of the fields and so the default first word is used.
This works perfectly in v5.2 but not in this version, so how can I manually do it please?

Text Multiple Selection Fields
Still not working correctly.
Half my site is made from these fields..
Hair Colour, Weight, Height, Ey Colour, Marital Status, Ethinicity etc...
ALL Require the use of Selection Fields!
"Select It!" is not a good default
and the program adds "_" to the beginning of the fields

All you do is go into admin area.
Under settings you should se pre. def. values
Add your field
hair
and add all the options
But do not start your index with 0 start with 1
Then the 1st index eg. blond will be the default
field value.
At field manager in the content box just add
#!Hair and dolphin will you your pre def values
for that field.
A easy way to check this is to creat a profile field language and in content add
#!Language and save
you will see the see more
IS there a way to remove "Select It!" from that list? as it adds itself in by default.
Can this be edited out somewhere?
Also is it possible to make Country Default to "NZ" instead of Select It?

I know that's incorrect, but can not find a solution, and the whole issue is just driving me crrrazy!

Sorry i forgot some issues:
1) In admin panel =>settings->membership levels section you should disable option
"Automatic profile confirmation without Confirmation Email".
2) Better disable "free mode" in the same section otherwise membership system will be hidden in site.

Yes, it was little mistake. Find in inc/BxDolArticles.php next string:

Also, sometimes when you go to the homepage, the rotating images are very small in the lower right corner. You have to refresh the browser to get them to appear properly. Doesn't happen all the time, just once in a while.

Where can i remove this underscore?
I add this realization (auto-adding lang keys) .. and it will available in next update

I have removed all references to "date of birth" in the admin builders join,account etc etc but I still have it showing in Misc info on profile page like this "Date Of Birth: 0000-00-00"
Where else shoud I be looking to remove it please?

This feature was developed in time after RC, so we haven`t many time to test it.
As you see this is not Flash feature - just JS.
So about play/pause button .. try to keep this into mind and realize this in next update
IM system suggests that recipient will be online after first answer (after 'Accept' button pressing).

Vote buttons are not corect. It should be 10 or 12 px

If you use SmartPro or AdFree licenses then "regenerate" will not help you because these packages can't work with rms.boonex.com, they should work with own rms servers.
If your Ray 3.5 doesn't work plz provide me via mail next points:
1) Exact links of your problems.
2) URL of your site
3) FTP, Cpanel and SSH access.
4) Your Smart Pro licenses
We'll investigate your problems.

It seems like there is a problem for Non-member membership level...
I cannot change the default value (no limit) in the 2 first fields (Number of allowed actions and Number of actions is reset every) for any of the action type (comments post, make search, etc...).
That concerns only the Non-member membership level...
Use action "comments post".
There are no limits for non-members, because they haven't ID for counter...

The profile link in Groups -> Orca Forum is wrong. It takes us to http://www.xyz.com/dolphin/groups/orca/profile.php?ID=1 where the corret link should be http://www.xyz.com/dolphin/profile.php?ID=1
Please correct the problem.

On the profile pages of users, why is there no "Status" or "What I'm doing Now" like Facebook has? There are other social network platforms that already has this ans its only a php script thats needs writing for it.
Quizes, Applications, all these mods and extras that make Facebook and mySpace should be already floating see more

I am trying to get my predefined fields to show up on the Profile View... but they are not... they show up perfectly on the Join Form, but not on the profile view.
For Example... NickName & City Show fine
but Sex and Country do not, as they are Predefined.
How can I get this to work properly please. I have reinstalled a number of times, it appears to be a software glitch.
Has anyone solved this problem??
Sorry i forgot some issues:
1) In admin panel =>settings->membership levels section you should disable option
"Automatic profile confirmation without Confirmation Email".
2) Better disable "free mode" in the same section otherwise membership system will be hidden in site.

Yes, this procedure is fine for me - your new members will be transfered to Promotional level after confirmation their profiles (via clicking link in confirmation letter).
