Why you are reporting these bugs? Its isn't released so obviously it has uncompleted work. 

 so it gets fixed before it is released

 I think they already know about these.

 Give it some time, if you follow trac you'll see they are constantly making updates. I'd recommend holding off on your bug reports until this beast at least goes to beta release.

dont forget that you are working with an svn copy, so this is alpha stage ... please wait for the official beta before reporting bugs!

All these are known bugs except quick links. 

Update to jQuery 1.7 + jQueryUI broke many js related functionality, as I know:

- Date of birth selector

- Simple messenger

- Regular uploader

- Page builder columns width

- Slider design

- Page Access Controls admin interface

If you know any other AJAX, or jQueryUI related problems it would be helpful if you report it.

I guess we should report bugs here now. I was wrong they don't know all bugs.

I usually don't start reporting bugs until the beta release.  I know a lot of stuff is broken right now, but that's to be expected.  But to each their own.

i don't see anything wrong with reporting as long we try to keep it in one place, if  boonex can decides to take a look and see what's on the list if they are aware of it or not. It could save us all some time :)

Noticed in the Language Settings,

The default "English" Language Setting cannot be changed via the "edit" link.

I always switch mine to United States.

Also, with the default install, the home page works fine, go to move any block on the page and the entire page widens to like 17297px wide and I cannot get it back to two columns now, the only solution if changing a page is to remove the extra columns and go with one.

Tried two different SVN checkouts on two different sites with the same problem.

Can someone confirm that the events module has an error.

When viewing an event and looking at the main photo, you can usually click on the image to get to the event page..

Those cannot be clicked on, or even copied. I had to go to 7.0.9 to copy and paste the above..

Also with the 16619 I currently have;

creating a new page, add column and the blocks are not drag-able. Refresh the page and the column is gone and the blocks can be moved up to inactive area, but refresh page, new column and the boxes are no longer drag-able again. sorry if that is confusing..

Prolaznik is right about the slider too.

It moves but does nothing, about three weeks ago it "did" work by moving the slider and the wall changed, now nothing happens.

Timeline slider is already fixed.

I can't reproduce the issue with avatar.

After install last night I could post on say photos and music from the new "outline" block, comments would show, today I tried to post on the latest member to sign up and now the post comment is blank.. this happened on the last test site.

why would they work at first then stop?

you know what i don't like about that timeline and it reminds me of them damn padlocks....

Go add a photo or a file to say the groups module then look on the timeline on the home page.  

Try and click the photo it added and guess what it tries to send you to the photos module instead and you get a nice access denied even though i am the admin and i created both the photo and group please send me to the group instead please...

Go add a site to the sites module and upload a photo for that site...  Guess what same thing as above click on the photo and it brings you to the photo module instead with access denied.... please send me to the site listing .

Why wouldn't they link to the module that created the image or file rather then linking to the photo module at all ? 

But yet on the time line it didn't post a listing to say i added a group or a site for that matter....

I know, I know it was by design that way ......

Store mod still has major flaw.

If you spend time uploading a lot of content to the setup page, then forget to enter something (like the title) the page fails and dumps everything. This makes you start all over and is a real pain.

This is a fresh install. I still have to customize my .htaccess file to allow flash uploads by adding

SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off

without it, on HFW it just flat doesn;t work.

I have a file in my root named index.html. I had it as a placemarker while I was creating the new site. It is a simple file that says 'site under construction, please check back'.

Once the new site was installed, I created a group then placed the group block on the home page. Clicking the 'recent' link displays the text from this index.html file and NOT the group i just added.

 Here's the kicker! If I remove the index.html file, the mod works perfectly.

Seems the module installer is running uninstall.sql first when installing a new module.

Just finished the current SVN 16857 2012-09-10 13:12:16 at mynewbeetle, they fixed the Outline and added pagination, looks great!

  I still have not found how to embed videos or sounds from the media page - to another site, like we used to do.

I guess that will come in the beta.

 Not sure of the number, but it is 3wks dated at this point. I could create pages, but attempted to add a new block and place it on the page would result in failure.

This was within every browser.

In outline, when embedding a video it will look ugly in outline!

Notice this is video EMBEDS, not uploads. Seems to take a tall 'slice' of the vid image and use that as thumbnail. Would be nice if this was fixed so it shows a regular thumbnail as all the other outline posts do...

It looks like you have some problems with ffmpeg, get the right ffmpeg binary for your OS and it should be fixed.

 This is done on both "embed" as well with "uploads"

So it can't be ffmpeg, look at the outline on mynewbeetle.net/7.1 those are all embedded videos.

Newton, have you managed to upload a video yet to your demo?

I just tried and it wouldnt work. Wont work on my demo site either.

 Yes, as of 16873, the videos stopped as well.

I mentioned the mobile app had new pages i.e. articles, search page  those have been removed as well on last update.

Not sure what's going on there

 When the uploads were working, do you know if the videos displayed the same way in outline?

 the same large slice..

I just upgraded to the latest change file and am now experiencing the same video issue. Worked fine before i updated it. My ffmpeg file is the correct one and works fine on my 7.09 sites. I checked all permissions, folder and otherwise but keep getting the 'video upload failed' message.

Ok, did a fresh install. This time, I unpacked the 7.09 into the directly, then overwrote it with the new files from 7.1. Worked perfectly.

Tried installing mods and the Facebook connect and page access control  is failing to install.

fresh install, all new files, all permissions correct, still getting a popup error:

Video is only 7 megs, file size set to 64 megs.

i have 7.0.9 sites on my server, no prob with vid uploads

7.1 on same server latest version, will not upload vids. Also displays them all funny when embeded in outline which i really hope will change in release version!

 I would think this is just going to be in the css of the outline, remember, this is a "new" feature from the bottom up. The beta is not out, so I would still expect errors like this.

When the final Beta is done and they release it. We'll see what is actually completed.

Column count doesn't match value count at row 20

adding a new profile field in "profile fields builder" isnt working as expected.

if i drag the "new item" field into the list this item isnt editable at all. the database entries are created but i cant adjust the setting of the new field inside the fields builder.

anyone else have this issue?

These are the biggest bugs In 7.1 I have found so far (Tested with over 100 active users who were willing to do the testing)

1) When I go to articles and do a category search then the entire layout is broken

2) When I try to add a group I get: checkAction() fatal error. Unknown action ID: 0

3) Flash modules dont seem to work, tested Chat which endlessly tries to connect.

4) In the store its impossible to see the "Add more Buttons". They seem to be hidden under the upload file search buttons. I noticed when I zoomed in, they only show partially.

5) Inaccurate displaying of the animation of the flash music player? Checked it with a music that has equal strength in the entire frequency spectrum.

6) The website title is made with Css3, unfortunately text shadow is not supported in internet explorer 8 and 9.

Found what I call a bug with the last photos module SVN pull.

I saw that the module had been changed so before SVN update, removed photos module, uploaded changed files.

Re installed the module, now I see this ... anyone else?

 Just tried this on 17140, I was able to create multiple groups without error.
