Are you able to transfer Oxwall sites to Dolphin?

I am interested in switching my site and have begun exploring options to see if it is feasible for me to do so. The biggest obstacle is that I don't wish to sacrifice current membership.  At the least, I want to preserve current member accounts.  Other content may be sacrificed, but depending on the cost, I am interested in keeping some of it (forum topics and blogs in particular).
