I would have bet (Using Modzzz Virtual Betting mod) that this was one of the markets favorite mods and therefor would have been among the first in line to be updated. It is a very nice mod and highely recommended.

Apparently, this isn't even on the to do list.  Modzzz, if you're not going to update this, just say so.  I'll just chalk it up as another nail in the coffin for two of my Dolphin sites.

Update made the layout of archive view. Re-upload the modules/boonex/blogs/classes folder.

Version 2.1.1 released. (See patches/version 2.1.1 folder)

Added the ability to show full blog posts in the blog home page etc. instead of short text snippets.

Updates have been made to the blog watching functionality. Re-upload the folder : modules\boonex\blogs\classes

If I purchase this will it affect the blogs my members have already installed?  I do not want them to lose any content.  Thanks.

Updated to allow members to sort postings on Blog page in Oldest or Newest order. Re-upload :

     modules\boonex\blogs\classes\BxBlogsSearchUnit.php
     modules\boonex\blogs\install\langs\en.php

Go to Admin and recompile language for the Blogs module.

Having to start with choosing a mood out of 100 is "slowing down the creativity".

Ultimate Blog isn't holding the possibility to choose what tab to show on the Homepage, or is it?

I've seen the attached possibility on other mods you have.

Think it would make a nice addition to the Blog module.

@Grosman - Noted for possible inclusion in future update.

Another suggestion for future updates is when it comes to reactions.

To allow to uncheck a reaction.

Today it is just possible for the user to add more and more reactions but if you've chosen wrong or changed your mind and click on the same reaction you get "voted already"

An issue where the length of the outline post was not being controlled by the preview length is fixed.

Re-upload the modules\boonex\blogs\classes folder.

2 hours ago I bought this mod and now I have some questions )

1. Why did you cut off RSS-function? I mean the possobility to translate latest blog entries to other websites\feedburner\RSS-readers\Website 3-d pages? It was one of the most important functions in the latest versions of this mod.

RSS doesn't work now at the URL http://*******.com/modules/boonex/blogs/blogs.php?action=rss&sort=last

!!!Please, put latest entries RSS-translation back....

2. As I understand this mod has no FULL Russian translation? I have the "ALT" theme at my website and the latest version of the mod doesn't know many Russian translations after language compilation. I can help you to translate the mod to Russian for free in 1 day. Just give me English version.

RESPONSE : Please look at the official boonex demo for blogs ...  http://demo.boonex.com/modules/boonex/blogs/blogs.php?action=rss&sort=last. It appears exactly as it is in my module. I did not remove anything.

RESPONSE : The english language file is found at modules\boonex\blogs\install\langs\en.php . The russian language file is found at modules\boonex\blogs\install\langs\ru.php

 1. Now every author has his(her) own RSS-translation of entries (For example: http://demo.boonex.com/rss_factory.php?action=blogs&pid=22). But we need RSS-translation for all entries of all authors of the Blog System. This function was in the 2.1.0 version of your mod. Now I don't see it.

This function also exist at your Ultimate articles mod. But Ultimate blogs mod hasn't this function now.

So, please, give users and webmasters the possobility to translate all blogs entries (of all authors) to Feedburner etc.

2. Modzzz, your English file has 280 strings and Russian file has 80 strings )))

Ultimate Blogs is an extension of the default dolphin blogs module. Nothing regarding RSS has been done in my Ultimate version so if you do not see a particular RSS functionality in the default dolphin blogs module, you will not see it in my version either.

Ultimate Blogs module is now compatible with Dolphin 7.2 .  

Have an issue with users creating their own categories, they can do this and the new cat will show on the blog view page in info box, but the new cat doesnt show in the categories block on blogs home page...

Is this something you can fix? kinda deafeats the point of allowing custom cats if they don't show other than in the block view page.

looks like the home page cat block just shows 'common cats' which are those created by admin

I've removed the sub nav links for blogs (some of them) but have checked in events module, the events categories page has 2 page blocks, one for 'common cats' that shows admin cats, and another for 'user cats' that shows those created by users.

Do we have an option  to display both blocks on home page?

Issues using this with 7.3

as admin I created a blog and a test post.

On blog home page, both post and blog show, latest post, and latest blog.

If I click on the post, all seems well, other than the view post page block seems to carry across 2 lots of styling!

it appears as a block within a block... If I turn off 'box' on the block within page builder, it then shows as a single blox still showing. If I change it to title with padding etc... or other varient, then the styling on the block shows twice...

Back to blogs home - click on latest blog, the 'my blog' block is showing with a message inside saying "please enter a name for your blog you only have to do this once" etc... (although I've already created a blog...)

Underneath is a block asking me to briefly describe the blog. Entering anything into it doesnt do anything.

I cant actually view the blog thats already been created.

Will this be updated and tested with 7.3 as only 7.2 and previous is in the latest download files

Issues with Dolphin 7.3 compatibility have been resolved. Re-upload the module files.

Any chance on getting a 'search blog or search post' block on the blogs home page?

The standard dolphin search page is awefull, always has been. I get that there is a link to this within the blog module, but on most other mods of yours you put a search block direct on the modules home page. Much better visually.

Is it possible to change the blog title from {username} Blog?

Another feature would be the ability to edit (inject) code in the <head></head> section for individual blog posts; essential for delivering meta property tags for Social Media shares.
