Replies Reminder from AQB Soft

Is there any difference between this module and present notifications in dolphin?

when reminder clicked, does it leads to exact point of location in the page where someone commented ?

Default notifications in Dolphin - the Spy module doesn't notifies members about all possible replies to their comments/posts everywhere. It is much more limited. While the Replies Reminder reminds for example for a reply left to a member's comment anywhere on the site. 

And no, when clicked it leads just to the page where the reply was left, but not to the exact point of location in the page. 

UPDATE: The module now sends email notifications to offline members with a reminder text.

Ensure that you've properly uploaded the installation package if you were doing this manually or that you're pointing a correct upload directory.

Have you created the aqb folder in modules folder?

The 100% way of uploading and installing the module is to unzip the installation package and upload it to the modules/aqb folder, so you should end up with the following folders structure:

modules/aqb/replies_reminder/classes

modules/aqb/replies_reminder/install
modules/aqb/replies_reminder/templates

...

and then proceed to admin panel -> modules -> add & manage, find it in the Not Installed section and install it from there.
