In the Admin Settings, there are longitude and latitude options which controls this. Are these the settings that you changed ? or did you just change the default country ?

B.T.W -This mod is currently being updated to Dolphin 7.1 and will be integrated with the World Map.

I just installed the new 7.1 and I keep getting this:

Warning! PageView cache cannot be evaluated. Please recompile.

I have Compiled language keys in the modules and Language Settings.. I have cleared all the Cache in the admin and also cleaned out the cache, cache_public, and tmp folders by ftp? But I still get the warning? I also click on Add Location and does nothing? I will have to uninstall until update..

Thank you for any help..

This is an issue with your Dolphin installation. It has nothing to do with the locations mod. PM me your FTP login and I will take a look at the site for you.

 It seems as if you performed a fresh install of the mod and then run the sqlupdate.php afterwards. The sqlupdate.php is only for sites that had the mod installed from Dolphin 7.0.x and then the site was updated to Dolphin 7.1 with the mod still intact.

Version 2.1.1 released. (See patches/version 2.1.1 folder)

Adds the ability for persons posting a location to decide who (fans, friends etc) can add information (Events, Nightlife) to it.

Business Listing Integration (optional)
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

If you have my business listings module, you can plug it into locations so your members can list businesses at particular locations. So when members want to add a School, Eatery etc. to a Location, it will be added as a regular Business listing and displayed in both the Business listing module and on the Location page for which it was added.

DEFAULT EVENTS INTEGRATION (optional)
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Location module has Events as a built-in sub-section but you can now choose to integrate it with default Dolphin Events instead.

Hi
I am having a small issue with the the title on pages under "/m/location/browse/other/"

They all appear with the title "_modzzz_location_caption_browse_other"

Any solution to the problem?

As of sometime in march, the GeoCoding stopped working in the 7.0.X version. New or edited locations isn't showing on the map, and the long and latitude in modzzz_location_profiles ends up with the value 0.

Any solutions available to this and the topic above?

Hello, I have a question about the installation of the integrated with business and events.

I have already installed the modules business premium, premium events and now installed the module places(locations).

In the read-me says:

a) Upload sqlbusiness.php from "Location_files" folder to your root and run dolphin http://www.yoursite.com/sqlbusiness.php

 b) Replace the Following business listing file from the mod:

  modules \ modzzz \ listing \ classes \ BxListingFormAdd.php

Where can I find this new file to replace the current one? In Zip only exist folder 'location', no 'listing'.

Something similar occurs with the integration module events. The read-me says:

b) Replace The Following files and folders:

modules \ modzzz \ location \ classes \ BxLocationModule.php

modules \ modzzz \ location \ classes \ BxLocationSearchResult.php

modules \ modzzz \ location \ install

But these are no longer the files I have uploaded to install module places (locations)? Or are others? Where the meeting?

The installation apparently gave no problem, but I doubt about these files with the read-me files say they need to be replaced for integration.

Thanks for the help!!!

Regards,

Peter

PeterMr : You do not need to replace any files. Since you just install the mods you already have the latest files. Those instructions were meant for persons who installed the mod sometime ago and now want to do the integration.
