from what i understand you goto account - my licences and change the domain from there with the reset link.   Then change the domain name in inc/header.inc to the new domain. if its a new install then no need to do anything with the header file.

Hi guys!

To re-register your license code yes, you need to use a reset link in the My Licenses section. Then you need to go to Dolphin admin panel and in case you are not requested to register a Dolphin license code as soon as you are logged in, you need to go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Variables where you need to remove current license, save settings and log out. Log into admin panel again and register license in a Dolphin license registration box.

Lyubov,

do you think you can get this information posted on the D7 forum as a sticky or even create it here on presales as a sticky?

There is a reset link for each license under the domain name.

If you still cannot locate the reset link for your license, you should contact your agent and request a manual domain reset.

If the license is showing as "unregistered" it is not currently attached to a domain, which means all you need to do is apply the license to an installation of Dolphin of your own choice. To do this, log out of your installation and navigate to your administration directory (/administration), where after logging in, you will be asked for a license.

If the subdomain was setup after Dolphin was installed, you need to edit the /inc/header.inc.php file and change the domain and path information.  Clear the cache afterwards.  For the license, remove it from Administration -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Variables and add it back in like above.
