Looks like a caching problem. Clear your dolphin cache.

And after I clean cache is same problem....

please check your inc/header.inc.php file. If you can remove all password and login details and post the file here.

Maybe I can give you Log in details and you can chek this?

Is /templates/base/_header.html present or missing?  I see a blank page instead of some snippets of text.  From the looks of it, you may have nuked some files when editing the template.

nathan is correct. your _header.html file was empty. I replaced it will original one. Be careful when adding add this code this time.
