No, this module doesn't require any additional languages to be installed. It will use translator providers available in the module for translations.

Hello,

Global Translator doesn't allow to translate modules, it just allows to make translation of same parts of the modules, like comments and description.

We can not tell you exactly will it work with modzzz's modules, but if they based on Dolphin Twig classes, then it should work.
