Your links are not resolving to a page; and when you paste those types of links, the autolink won't correctly make the link, so use the link button on the toolbar to make a clickable link.
How about screenshots of your problem. I am using Nginx so if it is related to that I might can give an idea but it is probably nothing to do with Nginx unless you have not set up the rewrite file correctly.
