Anton; I have setup several email blasts using this mod, I know it has been working, but lately it seems my newer members are not getting the necessary emails. Does it have to do with my host company perhaps? please advise.

Most likely yes, the problem is in cron job. Ensure that Dolphin's cron job set up properly and that it is working.

I tried sending a test message but it leaves the members name blank. I am not sure if it usually does this because it is in test mode.

 Hi Jim,

No, you shouldn't replace :: with <>. Leave them as ::. And it must work for test emails too.

Hi Jim

In that case check that your account which you're using for testing has non empty fields FirstName and LastName. Because RealName palceholder expands to "FirstName LastName". If these fields are empty/inactive (not used on your site) then concider using ::NickName:: placeholder instead.

 Hi Jim,

Yes, a field with a caption Username is actually named NickName (you can see that in fields builder). If your goal is to put profile's NickName then use ::NickName:: placeholder. By default all email templates are using RealName which represents FirstName_LastName - since these fields are enabled by default in Dolphin. So for those sites where First/LastName fields are deactivated, RealName makes no sense (always empty).

My Boonex CRON job is set-up correctly because my CRON jobs are working.

 Usually this means that something was set wrongly in automail settings. Anyway to find out the problem we would need an access to the site. We've sent you a PM.

 Hello Cupido,

You can use Dolphin's massmailer ([admin panel -> tools -> massmailer]) in order to send emails to all of your existing members.

 Ok, this is right!

In effects thinking better about it  all other users that registered after this fixed date not receive neither this first message nor the second nor the third and so on...!

Rotation of messages is always the same, must started since registration date beginning from first to last messages!

Maybe last chance to perform this task is changing all registration date on my databases so all messages start consequentially, setting up "X days since registration"!

In this way i loose all original registration date and this is for me a problem!

My thoughts are right or I'm wrong? How can do this without delete all original registration date?

Your request is very specific and can't be solved via any kind of settings or filters.
You're right, the easiest way to achieve that is by resetting the registration date. But if you want to keep it intact then it can be achieved only via a custom modification made special for your case. If you're ok with that then PM us for the details and pricing.

 This could happen if somehow in your system there are 2 cron jobs registered for the module. Check the sys_cron_jobs database table via phpMyAdmin and ensure that it has only one record with the name set to aqb_automailer. If it has more than one then you should delete one of them and then clean site's DB cache.

I've removed old automail messages and replaced with a new one in Admin section.

Problem is that it still shows one of the old messages when I perform a test.

It is very odd.  If a message isn't listed in admin panel then it is not in database and I have no idea how it can show up in a test. Try to clean your notification queue at [admin panel -> tools -> mass mailer]. Also clean site's cache at [admin panel -> tools -> cache]. Also if you were replacing just a text of an automail then ensure that you don't have an old text copy in other languages in that automail - it is possible that you've updated only the default version while left the version in a specific language in the old variant.

Queue status:
There are no emails in queue

I mean that on the mail edit form you can switch between default and english language via a language dropdown. I.e. even if you have only one language, automailer still offers you to provide two variants - the default and english. So I suggest you to select "english" in a language dropdown and ensure that the text there is not of the old variant (must be empty if never was used)

This is a problem/feature of tinyMCE editor. The same behavior you can see anywhere on the site where that text editor is being used. This guarantees that in case of a domain change or site's location change the existing content will not be linked to an old domain. 

Anyway the automailer is having a bunch of placeholders which you can see while hover the mouse cursor over the info icon for the mail body textarea. One of which is ::Domain::. So you should try the following link instead:

::Domain::m/polls/view/Enjeux-de-la-transformation

This should solve the problem.
